Welcome to Deliver U! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including home moves, van rentals, delivery, transportation, and logistics (collectively, "Services"). By engaging with Deliver U, you agree to these Terms.

Service Agreement

Deliver U provides Services subject to availability and confirmation. All bookings must be made through our website, email, or authorized channels. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion with notice to you.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before Services commence, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are as quoted, subject to change with prior notice.

Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information (e.g., addresses, contact details) and ensure compliance with local regulations for moves or deliveries. You are responsible for securing your belongings during transport.

Liability

Deliver U is not liable for damages due to improper packing by clients, unavoidable delays, or force majeure events. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the service fee paid, unless additional insurance is purchased.

Van Rentals

Renters must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and return vehicles in the same condition, subject to normal wear. Unauthorized use or late returns may incur additional fees.

Termination

We may terminate Services for non-compliance with these Terms. You may cancel with written notice, subject to our cancellation policy.

Changes to Terms

Deliver U may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
